Accessibility Statement
Our aim
This website is built towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a quality goal, independent of any legal obligation.
What has been implemented
- semantic HTML with a clear heading hierarchy, landmarks and a skip link;
- full keyboard operability with clearly visible focus states;
- text contrast that meets or exceeds the AA thresholds, including on the dark footer;
- text resizing up to 200 % and reflow down to 320 px without loss of content;
- all animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion, and no content depends on animation;
- no time limits, no auto-playing media, no flashing content.
Known limitations
The coat of arms is a detailed illustration; it is provided with a textual description. If you encounter any barrier, we want to know about it.
